Tobias Hundertmark has more than 30 years of extensive merger & acquisition experience in Europe (primarily in German-speaking countries and Italy), Eastern Europe (strong presence in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania) and the Far East (China, Hong Kong and South Korea). The transactions Hundertmark has advised on and been responsible for mainly include joint ventures and stake sales to strategic investors as well as minority and majority sales to leading private equity investors. In addition, Tobias has many years of experience in the management of a medium-sized group of companies. With the exception of post-graduate assignments at Price Waterhouse (management consulting) and Merrill Lynch Bank, Tobias has always worked as an entrepreneur.
Dr. Sebastian Knappe has been involved in consulting and implementing complex business projects for many years. This included, for example, the successful restructuring and realignment of a retail location in the DIY store sector. Dr. Knappe not only has many years of experience as an interim/crisis manager for various automotive suppliers, but he was also instrumental in establishing German locations for a large London-based law firm and gained extensive experience in other law firms specializing in M&A, joint ventures, private equity, restructuring, and project management. Since 2009, Sebastian Knappe has been a lecturer in the Master's program in International Energy Economics and Business Administration at the University of Leipzig.
